Our creative and engineering teams collaborate internally to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts. Utilizing advanced sketching techniques and 3D modeling software aswell as rendering and simulations, we visualize ideas that will revolutionize cycling performance and user experience.
The most promising concepts advance to the prototyping stage, where we employ 3D printing and CNC machining to create tangible models. These prototypes undergo rigorous evaluation to refine design elements and functionality, ensuring they meet our high standards.
Quality is paramount at DAO. Our prototypes are subjected to exhaustive testing by our Quality Department and elite cyclists (such as the DAO Factory Team ones) who provide invaluable feedback. Additionally, we obtain certifications from independent laboratories to validate performance and safety.
Once validated, our components move to full-scale production. We utilize premium raw materials and state-of-the-art machinery to manufacture each part with precision and consistency. Our highly trained workforce ensures that every product meets our stringent quality criteria.
